Our real estate agency has been in operation since 1949. We started out in a single room office and the operation was owned by Norman and Doris Davis.

Years later in 1954 the offices moved to Endee house which Norman built himself.

In 1974 Marius Wessels took over the reins and shortly after in 1975 the business changed hands and became the property of Lyn Grundy. Back in 1975 things were different and the office also had a Old Mutual Life assurance office on the premises as well as an Allied Building Society for clients whom wanted to pay premiums or do banking.

The business grew with the assistance of Bunny Grundy from B K Grundy Builders whom had a long standing reputation as an honest reliable builder in Toti. He developed new houses which Endee then were able to put on the books.

Times changed and Lyn and Bunny left Amanzimtoti, the reign of Endee was hand over to then manager Tony Pullen whom ran the business till September 2011, during this time Endee House offices were sold and the business was moved to Kingsway Road and rebranded from another leading national to the Chas Everitt International Property Group.
